howdo I watch a video frame by frame in Quicktime? I recorded a storm on my iPhone5 (at night) so the play back is pitch black untilm a flash of lightening occurs. I'd like to be able to go through frame by frame so that I can pick out the good shots and make a photo out of it.
Theonly solution that I see is to take the text, take a single frame from the video, add the text to the frame, and push the modified frame with text back into the video, replacing the original frame in the video.
